We had a house fire and one of the first contractor’s out was All Pro. Tommy the owner, came to my house and explained so much to us. It is so stressful due to the unknown of what the steps required to get your house back in order. Tommy and Shelia from All Pro were amazing. They explained everything, had a professional team of packers, and then continuously followed up with me to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process. I can’t be more thankful for all the calls with Shelia that helped me control my anxiety with dealing with all my personal belongings. They are an amazing team. I would recommend All Pro to anyone.

These days, it is very hard to find a Contracting company that not only fulfills its promises but goes a step above to ensure customer satisfaction. Speaking from personal experience, you will find that and much more with All Pro Fire and Restoration. When I discovered mold on my bathroom ceiling days before I was scheduled to move out, I was in a bind and had no idea what to do. All Pro was recommended to me by a reputable plumber who told me that I could not go wrong by calling All Pro – he was absolutely correct. My first impression was speaking with the wonderful and helpful Sheila who was very professional and explained the process of mediating the mold to me. Several minutes later, I received a call from the owner of the company, Tommy. Receiving a call and then a subsequent in person visit from THE OWNER is unheard of and exceeded my expectations in every way. Tommy went into the attic (was about 98 degrees outside and humid) and came back with a solution and a very reasonably priced estimate. We didn’t think twice and signed up. Although Tommy estimated one week for all of the work to be completed, the entire job from soup to nuts was finished in 4 days, way earlier than expected. Tommy’s crew was extremely nice and patient with us, as well. I cannot say enough good things about All Pro, Tommy, and Sheila, and cannot recommend this company enough. All Pro has been there with me and my family since the day they were called out. Ryan showed up within minutes of the fire dept calling him, explained the next steps, what calls to make, what financial help was available to me and my family. He has kept me updated on each and every step. He has also taken time out of his busy schedule to assist me on a call with insurance because I was unaware of the overall process. Ryan and his team have worked diligently to complete the step that All-Pro handles so that the next step could begin. Employees are nice, fast, hard-working and also made themselves available to answer any questions I had while on-site. Overall great experience despite the circumstances. 10/10.
